Greater than one weekHuge bottle and great price for the amount. Only thing I don’t like about it is when I have hair up in foils, the oil drips after a while and it gets kind of annoying.

> 3 dayI love this developer. I used this to bleach my Asian hair for the second time. I previously used the ion brilliance developer but I did not really like that. When I used this with toner, it did not burn my scalp (the ion brilliance did). The bottle is a squirt or squeeze bottle so its hard to measure out a large amount and to squeeze at the same time. That is the only downfall. But all in all, the developer did not damage my hair that much (partially bc it was 20% and not 40%). I used this in conjunction with the wella blondor bleach. > 3 dayI tried 3 different brands(loreal, Clairol, schwarzkopf) mixer with Loreals quick blue for bleaching. Schwarzkopf was least burning richer golden yellow than others.

> 3 dayThis is the first time Ive used this developer. I have used Igora Royal hair dye previously with a generic 20 volume developer. The difference I found is that this developer added softness to the hair (the dye does that as well, even with an off brand cheap developer - this just upped that effect several fold)... AND... it seems to cause the dye to come out a shade darker initially. I have seen Igora Royal users warn people that the colour they choose will likely come out a shade darker than expected... I am not sure if this is the reason why (using the proper developer) or not. The colour I use is already darker than the level 9 it claims, but that is due to the amount of pigments, as it is not a blonde. This took it just a tad deeper than I was expecting. Still a pretty colour, and perhaps it will fade a bit back to where I am used to within a washing or two (my colour does fade a shade or so anyway, but it takes several washings to do so). Overall, it is a really nice developer and leaves hair feeling soft and unabused.
