These pouches are easy to use and give a nice protective layer. I use lamination for things that will be handled frequently by kids and for display handouts. I did not rate 5 stars, because these pouches do not seal right up to the edge, so I must leave a good 1/2 in between items, for trimming to 1/4.

Not as warm or comfortable as thermal underwear. But good for sealing documents and insects.
