I looked to make sure that the plastic wrap was completely removed and it still didnt work.... but the paint started coming out under the cap. Im highly disappointed

> 3 dayI used this paint to puffy paint a shirt and its exactly what I wanted. Comes out smooth and is easy to use. I tried puffy painting black spots all over a white tshirt for a cow costume and this bottle was able to fill the spots for the front half of the shirt.

> 3 dayWe prefer these cotton swabs with pointed tips at the end better for rock painting. They are a MUST HAVE item for rock painting. We no longer use regular cotton swabs for cleaning up mistakes when rock painting!
