I wanted this for my 3-year-old laptop, to expand my storage space. However, it wouldnt fit because this SSD has chips on both sides of the circuit board, while my old drive had them only on one side. (This was a Thinkpad X1 Carbon, Gen 2.) This looks like a great product - I look forward to having a computer that can use it.

Le produit est arrivé cassé (fiche). Aucune protection autour de la boîte : pas de papier à bulle, rien. Pour finir le tout, le carton contenant larticle était à moitié ouvert. Très déçu !

My 18 yr old son needed more space on his brand new laptop because he had a lot of online courses that required specialized software. It just failed--and he is just starting finals. CRAPPY TIMING. I feel horrible for him.

Takes less than 5 min to install, runs faster than your factory hard drive and triples your memory capacity which seeing as most of these updates are getting into the 30-50gb range is very needed… I’m not a very tech oriented guy, I watched a few videos, checked a bunch of comparisons this was typically higher listed than the comparable WD850 black, or Samsung 980 pro. Came with a heatsink ready to go and has worked flawlessly for multi-hour gaming sessions at a time. If you can find it on sale like I did, and the choice is an affordable one over the competition why not get the best available

Easy to install and format.

Great drive, installed it in my seagate enclosure. Then plugged it into the pc and it immediately said to format drive. After that its ready to go! My son is very excited! His first PC and with one of the best if the best hard drive for gaming. Thank you very much!
