After being a western digital fan for a long time, I did not like how loud there black drives are. This drive is very fast for a spinning disk getting 250 mb/s steady and burst of 500. The noise level is barely audible. Love the piece of mind the 3 year of data recovery that come with it. 8TB was the perfect size to store all my media files that I do not need on my SSD drives.

Simple, easy install, works perfectly.
