They work but my kids hated them as it made it harder to self buckle. So they took them off.. but if your the one buckling them in or have patient kids willing to learn then this is a good product.

I bought this for my son with autism because we have problems with seatbelts near the neck when hes nervouse in the car. It lets me put the seatbelt where it is safe and he likes it!!!!

We are in and out car often. Does slip down to buckle so it needs to be put back in place each time.

The product is well made and easy enough to snap on. While I can see how this would be good for older (but smaller frame) children, there were a few drawbacks for us. First, the seatbelt buckle will slip into the folds of the harness making it harder for our young children to get out (5&6 years old). Second, when used with a booster seat with armrests the placement is off when across their body. It actually prevents the seatbelt from properly crossing across the front of my children’s chest; the seatbelt harness padding pushes the part of the seatbelt that crosses the shoulders down so that it actually hits the outer shoulder/arm of my children. Which is not safe at all since they could slip out of the seatbelt in case of a crash. Again, while this may work well for larger children, it wasn’t something that worked for my smaller framed children.

I would give this seat belt adjuster a perfect score except for the loud constant crinkle sound from the lining. Not sure why they chose a plastic lining for the product.

It makes wearing a seat belt tolerable. I am a woman and 53 tall, so without its use the seat belt cuts into my breasts. It is easy to put on and take off. I bring it with me when riding in another persons car. I would buy it again.

This brings the seatbelt directly over the hips and shoulder for a 5’3” adult, where before it came over the stomach and right on the neck. It’s very easy to install, but everytime you take it off the seatbelt winds backward and you really have to pull it down and readjust it each time you use it.

For an older kid this might work better but it makes latching the seat belt in a booster super annoying. Not worth using it around town at all but possibly on long trips?

My 9-year-old daughter is too big for a booster seat but the seat belt hits her at the neck without a booster. These were perfect! Its easy enough for her to snap on herself. We just leave them hooked up. It brings the belt down to the perfect level for her. I love that there were two in the pack and at such a great deal! I highly recommend these!
