this top plate was easy to install i used 3M 4200 to seal the grommet and it bolted right on to the mount. using the directions on the website it was easy to drill the correct holes for my radar.

Quality and fitment are very good. I rated it four stars because of having to purchase it to make the Seaview pedestal mount usable. Seams priced high for what it is. Should be included as package deal!
