I ordered this to wrap my chicken run to protect my birds from predators. Down the street from me a couple had just had their entire flock wiped out and my son had five of his birds killed by coyotes. In both cases the predators had torn or chewed through the chicken wire enclosures. The product arrived on time, well packaged and contained a small surprise of metal handling gloves and a cloth tape measure. Nice gesture. The wire is very sturdy and the welds were as stated. I wrapped my entire run 19 x 16 three feet up and it looks great and all I can say is they will be busy trying to get through this stuff. I would recommend this product and would definitely reorder from them for any other fencing/wiring needs I may have.

It was easy to use

I use this wire for my chicken coops. I havent had a chance use it or open the box until today. Not sure if the cool gloves that fell out of the box were supposed to be in there but they are great too. The 1/2 machine cloth wire is very straight which makes using it even easier. Its rare to find square and straight wire. Very appreciated!

I like the fact I could choose size and design of product. Very useful for a variety of projects. Cages, doors and fencing. So far no rust.

I just built my chicken run so I dont know how long it will last.... but it seems well made and was easy enough to work with.

Not as heavy a gauge or as stiff as I have used in the past, but I think it should work fine. If you are fastening it to a frame, it should work great. I may need to add some additional support for making large cages from it. This was the best price I found. Dont know if there are heavier gauges still available.
