> 24 hourI received the items and they look just as its shown in the pictures. However the inside diameter is not .420” or 27/64. When measured with a digital caliper the actual inside diameter is .399” or closer to 25/64.

> 24 hourThese work on 3/8 steel fuel line! In the past I used a part made of brass and it failed terribly. The nut part was very thin and I feared stripping the threads or breaking the nut itself. But not with this item! Its just the opposite. I read reviews about similar items and incorporated what I learned during the install. The tube needs to be straight where the fitting goes. I had a slight bend in one spot and the nut wouldnt slide over it. I could have tried to straighten it but instead I cut the tube. I used 800 grit sand paper to clean off the fuel line in the 2 area where the fitting is installed. Before threading the nut onto the fitting youll want to lube the threads. I tightened the ever living crap out of it. You can see in the pics the nut is about 1/16 away from the hex of the mating part. When it got to this point I could tell it was bottomed out. Voila!
