I purchased this camera for monitoring our 3 dogs when we travel and leave them behind in our motor home. We also have a temperature monitor that alerts us by text and email of any temperature changes. This camera requires a WiFi hot spot to operate. We purchased a T-Mobile T-10 Franklin Hot Spot and connected the camera to it. At first, we were not able to obtain image on our cellphone if we were more than 15 away from the motor home. That made this useless. We communicated with the camera company and they gave us some help in trying to resolve the issue. We also contacted T-Mobile various times and not until the last Technical support person we spoke to did the issue get resolved. There are two things you need to make sure of if you are having the same problem as we had. Make sure the camera is set to SD on the video setting, which requires less bandwidth and make sure your WiFi Hot spot is operating and connecting to cell towers nearby in the area you are traveling to or through. In city areas where there is heavy cellular congestion, your WiFi Hot spot will be limited to how much information it can push to the cell tower. In open more rural areas where there is less cellular congestion, the WiFi hot spot will perform better. As for this camera, I highly approve of the performance and the customer support the seller provided.

Product came fully charged and ready to go. Set up was literally a breeze! 2 cameras were set up within 10 minutes. Once hooked up to wifi, updates were done quickly.

It was easy to set up 2 cameras so I have a complete view of the front of my house and down both sides of the street. My house is wide with a couple driveways so I felt better having 2 cameras to have a view of everything. I had only seen the videos where the picture/video is only right in front of the door which always seemed so limited. I can view my entire street from the comfort of my favorite chair at any time. The picture is so clear and the motion detection is great! It has even caught the neighbors cat hanging out in my driveway! The price was great for such a quality product. Seeing when I have packages delivered and when the mailman has come makes sure I wont have porch pirates taking my stuff and that alone makes it worth it.

Easy set up, great picture. Can see whats happening from anywhere on my phone. Super happy, purchased a 2nd one!

Cameras and app is way better than my outdate Swann cameras, but I wish these would record longer than 20 seconds and without the 1 min lag/reset time. And the motion detection could improve. Otherwise 5 stars.

Very happy with these, great functionality, the app works well, the price is right! I have no need to upgrade to the paid subscription (which gives you more and longer storage for videos), the free version works fine!
