I used this to frame a photo canvas and, so far, it’s held very well.

I received some antique frames from my grandmother, many with the frame only. Once I ordered the frame backs, I quickly realized scotch tape wasn’t going to work. This frame tape did the trick, and I was able to use all the frames in my wedding for table signs, and they looked exactly as I had envisioned them!

It is not sturdy enough for picture framing. My beautiful painting fell from the wall. The tape didnt hold it together with the frame.

The surface of the tape is glossy and it doesnt stick together if you overlap it. The corners of the frame will have overlap. This seems more like packaging tape.

I used this tape to seal the back of some re-framed water-colors. It securely sealed my pictures and is extremely easy to use.

Moving

My wife tried to use the tape on some pictures that we just finished making the frames for. The tape will not stick to itself. Which means you cant overlap the ends. Additionally most of the tape came loose from the wood picture frame. Certainly would not recommend the tape.

I’m refurbishing a beautiful mirror from my husbands mom. Looked up som DIY videos. Got the right material and so far it’s been sooo satisfying !!!!!!!
