> 24 hourOnly thing I can use for my messed up enamel in my teeth. Crest white strips from the 2003-2006 HS years took my enamel away! Well I slept with those on with my retainer holding them in place! Said 1 hour max on the strips I did 7-8 hours every night until my teeth basically were so white they were glowing! But you have enamel sensitivity problems? Then use this I promise it will work!
