This product is the #1 recommended monthly treatment by Archute. I have used it for almost 1 year on a home we bought a year ago. I have no history on the septic so I didn’t know what I was starting with. I’ve had no issues in the past year and will continue to treat with this product as long as no issues arise. I’m basing much of my choice of this product on recommendations from Google, but specifically Archute. I do appreciate the environmentally friendly aspect because we are near a creek.

Cant really tell how well they work unless you open your septic system ... and nobody does that. However, they are easy to use, theyre reasonably priced and so far no septic problems.

We don’t have septic problems yet but for close to 6 months, the aerator wasn’t working. I also wash clothes often and use a lot of anti bacterial hand soap. I decided to use this twice a month instead of once. Once I get my septic inspected when I can, I’ll update! But as of now, the packets dissolve quickly and are very easy to use!

Use these once a month. Whether you have a brand new septic tank and drainfield like we do or one from the 1960s you need to take care of it. On the first of every month we drop one of these into the toilet and flush it into the system. Simple as that. Though I don’t inspect the tank on a regular basis I can only assume that it’s doing its job. It’s well worth the investment to have the peace of mind. Just do it!
