Seventh Generation Disinfecting Multi-Surface Wipes, Lemongrass Citrus, 70 Count, Pack of 3 (Packaging May Vary)

Lemongrass is supposed to smell like lemon. So is citrus. But these smell like industrial strength oregano varnish. They smell like rotting, termite-infested logs. If Pinocchio took a piss, it would smell like these wipes. But not in a good way. Im not going to use them to clean anything, because Im worried it would take my fingerprints off. And then my fingers would smell like these, which is even worse. Im not sure why anyone would make something that smelled like this, or want the odor to permeate their home. Maybe it was an accident? Maybe they were stored in the camping section, and a jug of turpentine sprung a leak, and soaked these wipes? That would explain it. Anyway, they are horrible. Zero stars.

It works well. The scent could be a better

Cleans good enough. Does not smell like citrus. Smells awful, like tea tree.

Great alternative to Clorox and Lysol wipes which contain chemicals of concern and shouldn’t be around young kids or absorbed into hands (Check our environmental working group’s many reports including this one) Active ingredient thymol.

They smell awful.

Theres much cheaper options with the exact same contents.

Es un buen producto sin duda, pero su olor es muy fuerte y me resulta desagradable, lo compre pensando en que es como otros productos similares en cuanto a su fragancia pero no fue asi, me quedo con el por su efectividad y ademas que es muy dificil estos dias conseguir este producto en el mercado porque hay mucha demanda!

I thought I was so lucky to have found this item. But... the smell is very strong. I needed it to clean the counters and bathroom daily. It smells like medicated mouthwash. I will not be using around the house. I will use it to clean the shopping cart when I go grocery shopping. One must wear gloves. The scent/smell remains on ones hands, even after washing them. It claims to kill germs.

I wanted to like this product, I really did. I love citrus-based scents and loved that it was environmentally friendly. Why not buy a pack of three so I dont run out? Please put that on my tombstone. I dont know who at Seventh Generation smelled this and said, Yes this is perfect, people will like this! but I have to recommend they be transferred to an office in the parking lot. How can I describe the smell of these wipes to you? Ill give it my best shot; here goes: Ever been on the highway behind an 18 wheeler and all 18 of their wheels are burning? Ever burned a large pile of rubber just to inhale the fumes? Ever set fire to an action figure using a magnifying glass? If you are familiar with and enjoy those scents youll LOVE how these wipes smell! Youll open them and think they are gross and maybe try to power through because you spent so much money but let me say this: DONT. Place them violently where they belong, in your trash can.

It smells too strong for my liking.
