I love this bag quality and all until the zipper broke after just 1 year

I was impressed with the amount of room in this bag, but getting it zipped closed after packing was tasking. Additionally, the zippers are weak and I can see them not lasting long. But, for a quick travel bag, this one meets the requirements.

I LOVE this bag! I travel very often for work and it gets tossed around a lot and has held up well over the last few months. However, the clip on the strap just snapped after a few months. I can’t seem to find an option to order a replacement strap. Other than that, it’s a great purchase. Easy to clean and has a lot of space and compartments.

Purchased for a trip to Jamaica. Little did I realize this bag would be the only luggage which made the trip with me. Fits nicely in overhead. Ample room for clothes and 2 pairs of shoes. The airlines did not have my other luggage on my fight! It arrived 2 days later.

Took my first flight with this being my carry-on. I hadpockets and room for all of my essentials!

Like the product but the zippers are cheap, I received a full refund for my defective product without any problems.

Works great. A little heavy and would be better with wheels. Stitching coming loose on the faux leather wrapping the handles but it doesn’t affect functionality.

Was easy to manage, comfortable and I was able to keep every personal Item on it without messing up the suit or shoes.
