One of the boxes arrived with a broken latch. Unfortunately, even though I discovered this the day I received the boxes, I had already labeled and filled one of the boxes full of diamond drills for several projects. It would be a lot of hassle to take out all of the diamond drills and find a place to store them, so its not really an option for me to return this item so that I can get a replacement/exchange.

These were sent to my grandchildren in another state, so I havent actually seen them. But they said they liked them and that they worked well with their diamond paintings.
