Shacke Medical Equipment Luggage Tag for Respiratory Devices (Black/Vertical)

Tag is substantial and well-made. It easily identifies contents as medical equipment. My order came on time and was adequately packaged. The only thing I didnt particularly like was the personal identification side of the tag. Seems risky to include an address unless it was a business or some other location than your home. Also, more space is needed for a phone number. My travel isnt until August so Im anxious to see if the tag satisfies all the new TSA and airline regulations.

I purchased this ID for my CPAP bag. Im taking my first trip on a plane with this device and Im concerned that the device might get mistreated, even though it is a carry-on. This tag is large and clear and should make anyone aware that it is a medical device. The quality is good and looks like it would stand up to more of abeating than my machine.

This luggage tag arrived as promised. It is plastic but appears sturdy and up to the job. I believe that the tag will perform well. The challenge will be to get the baggage handlers to read it! I would recommend this product as an added sense of security and easier identification of the contents of your bag(s).
