I have put these on several key fobs, and have used them for about a month and the black paint is worn off the edges but not terribly. It is to be expected that steel rubbing against steel, or any metal, will wear away paint. The only way to get black key rings that will stay black even under use would be to get PVD coated ones, but that means youd be paying a dollar per ring most likely. For the price, these are great.

These are nice quality and look good, but, I wish I had known or realized they were 1” INSIDE diameter. Not as useful to me as I expected but I’ll still find something to do with them.

Not really much to say, these are black keychains. They look really good.

I was hoping these werent just painted black, and they arent. Very durable color and being flat sided add some rigidity to your keys. Very good price and nice to have on hand if you own a 3D printer ... I make a lot of keychains for people .. and theyre requested. (dont have to advertise)

I am a maintenance tech and have a lot of keys to manage. I have keys made all the time and the rings they give you are less then ideal, having several keys on a ring when it breaks is daunting to say the least. I went in search for rings that I can buy in abundance that are strong enough for the task and Ive been caught in a few situations with these rings where my keys get caught on unanimous objects from door knobs to tree bushes and these are strong enough to take the force without bending out of shape. On a personal note this key ring is only large enough to hold five keys comfortably with that being said I would definitely buy these rings again when needed

They work well for keys and other small loop items. If you try to put something 1/4 inch or larger in the ring, it will separate the metal and no longer stay compressed.
