A little difficult the firs time using PEX. After a few tricks learnt from YouTube it became less difficult

This was my first plumbing job so I was so timid that it took me a while to install. It worked...no leaks so far. One thing to be cognizant of is that the water has to be off so that you can move the handle to the ON/OPEN position because it blocks one of the mounting screws then move the handle to the OFF/CLOSE position because it blocks the other mounting screw. Great to install. Has drain so can drain spigot for winter.

Installed two of these in minutes. Just turn off water, drain line, cut out the correct length of pipe,clean pipe, insert pipe all the way on both ends. Turn water on, open valve to get air out.

Installed in crawlspace on line going to outside faucet so I could drain line for winter. Easy to install and drain line. Best to mount valve on wood to stabilize.

I had a bad ball valve in the crawlspace, this beats sweating the pipe in such a tight spot, plus as an added benefit I did not need to complete drain and dry the system, It has a drain and the drop ear which allowed me to hang it up.
