I was really looking forward to this arriving, as Ive been hiking a lot lately and wanted a small day pack like this with a bladder. Build quality seemed good, it would have been perfect for me, except the adjustable waist belt was way too small. Seems like that component was made for children or very skinny people only. Anyone with a little body fat, or whos muscular/built might have issues with this. Seriously, they saved a few pennies in making the belt too short instead of making them long enough to accommodate more people, so it got sent back. What a shame too, seemed like it would have been perfect otherwise. Edit. Well, I ended up with another one of these. The first one I returned was $38, for the reason I mentioned above. Another pack I bought, the belt was plenty big, but it cost more and didnt come with the bladder it was supposed to, so I had to return it. Thing was, I realized, it didnt need the waist strap. I had like this one better overall for practical reasons. ...was browsing, and noticed a few colors were on sale. I bought the cheapest one, at $23, and will be keeping it. Ill just cut the waste straps off. Have already used it on several 4-8 mile hikes. Its perfect for me. The build quality could be a bit better, and I wish it had some elastic side pockets for easy access, but for $23, Im not going to complain. I have noticed, that this same exact bag is sold under several different brand names on Amazon. This is a good day pack choice for the price, especially if you get it on sale like I did.

Love this pack. It is perfect size for all the stuff I bring when I ride my dirt bike. Including my hand gun which tucks nicely into the mesh pocket in the second zipper pouch. It insulates the water bladder well and stays cold for hrs. My only complaint is I wish that the connection of the hose to bladder was easier to connect/disconnect. I have have to take the entire bladder and hose out of the pack to refill the bladder instead of just removing the water bladder to fill. I will honestly probably just buy a different water bladder. Other than that I am very happy.

First hydration pack that I’ve purchased. Just took it out for the first time this weekend, 7 miles and 2500 elevation gain. Kept water cold and plenty of room for my stuff and my girlfriends. Very adjustable straps that tighten and loosen easily. Only complaint is the mouthpiece is a little restricting, really have to pull on it.

A very middle of the road product. Cons- Could definitely use an extra inch or two of thickness in the main compartment. The compression straps are only good for making the middle mesh pocket tighter or looser. The tiny patch of molle web is good for 2-3 SMALL items or an extra pouch. Insulted pocket is a bit large, sized more like a 3L. Included water bladder is VERY cheap, no quick detatch on the hose and thinner materiel. Will probably replace. Waist belt is mostly in the way, will probably cut off. Sits low on the shoulders, must cinch tight or constantly pull on shoulder straps. Pros- Ambidextrous water hose pass throughs. Seems well made enough for day hiking. I really wish the waist belt had pockets for it in the sides of the bag and there was elastic keepers on the shoulder straps for managing excess. Will be adding a pouch to the molle web for more storage space. The desecrated flag morale patch was bad for mine, thrown in trash. Great little bag if you spend its cost again in accessories.

Great product. Might be a little large for people that like running, but works great for hiking and mountain biking .I do run with it on occasion, but not the best for that. Only problem I had was the connection at the bladder and the tubing leaked slightly, but I fixed it by using teflon tape on the connection. Appreciate the inside liner that helps keep things cold. I use an ice pak in it to keep it extra cold, which last for many hours, at least 4-6.
