The bag is ok, but my biggest issue is water has a plasticky taste when you drink from the hydration pack. The main point was to buy this together now I will have to look for another hydration pack.

It is well-made, looks good, and functions well. There was a problem: a user intelligence error. I could not figure out how to turn on the flow. After I figured that out, all was well

I bought this because of the American Flag. It works fine, but the tag says made in China.

Opened item seemed pretty good. Then found that the straw part came in a walmart brand zip lock bag. No plastic on mouth piece. Very Clearly used, returned and sent back out. Will be returning and finding a new brand.

Edit: They reached out to me to replace the product without me even asking and were super fast about it. Their customer service is better than any other company i think i have experienced. Also, the stiff, almost plastic or nylon feeling of the fabric that i initially didnt like has loosened up quite a bit. I can now fit a decent amount of stuff in it. Not bad. At almost $40 I was expecting the quality to be better. Mine started to RIP almost immediately and it doesnt feel like its made of quality material but overall it was a decent purchase.

Very high quality. I have owned a Camelbak in the past and this is by far extremely superior!

Blatter works well, doesnt leak, easy to fill. Holds my sons scout book, first aid kit, pocketknife, flashlight, hat, phone, wallet, snacks, and more. Wish I had one when I was a kid.

Great hydration pack. Seems to be good quality. Ive used it a few times already. I needed a pack that wasnt so big lengthwise and this sits more squarely on my back and doesnt sit just above my pants like like my old one. But bc its not as tall as others but wider, I cant fit my other larger bladders in it. This is frustrating. So if you plan on putting a 2.5-3 liter that is for a longer style pack just know it wont fit in the insulated pouch. It kinda squeezes outside of it in the larger pouch but that kinda defeats the purpose for me.

Bought for my son during OTS, worked well for him at a fraction of the cost of a camelback
