The 105 BR-R7000 calliper brake impresses with its slim design, improved performance and greater tyre clearance. The revised dual pivot construction provides reliable braking efficiency and can be easily combined with 28mm wide tyres.

Dual pivot technology leads to weight-saving, compact and robust brakes. Dura Ace, Ultegra, 105 and Sora brakes in particular offer maximum torsional rigidity and maximum load capacity with minimal tolerances. They respond precisely and without delay and the service life is much longer. Furthermore, the Dura Ace, Ultegra and 105 brake pads have 100% increased durability to ensure the rider retains the high performance of the brakes for longer.

SLR-EV is a revised SLR with balanced dual pivot side pull brake. A short arm brake design uses two bearings and a roller to achieve greater efficiency in the joint area and provide superior dosage and power when braking.
