I find myself hunching over without realizing while working on my laptop. Bought this to remedy the issue. The swivel is very tight that supports the front back tilt and also it has a knob in the back to tighten and you can adjust the height up and down then thread the knob in to hold it at the desired height. Saves my back and works good.
