This is probably the best headphones I have ever owned. There is just 1 issue.

Where have these been my whole life. Woo tk good, sound good. Don’t buy the recommended case because they come with a nice one

I like the magnetic charge port and long battery life. I use them at work for listening to music , as not in ear complies with health and safety

The first pair had a defective multifunction button. Amazon exchanged them and the 2nd pair worked well for a little over a week. Then the noise cancelling stopped working --first to the point that while cycling with a light breeze I had to turn my head slightly left to be heard, and then a few days later I was unble to be heard by anybody without extreme crackling or what was described as very loud wind type noise. At least the button worked on the 2nd pair. I am giving up and returning them.

I love the quality of sound and it is pretty comfortable on the ears, the problem is that the band is very large and not adjustable. So, I cant wear a jacket with the headsets, or lean my head backwards when exercising, or seat in the car with my had against the head rest, etc.. you get the idea. Overall great product, but they need to fix the band, or offer different sizes.

This is the best headset I have owned. It is clear and doesnt have to go into your ear. Very comfortable and perfect sound!!!

I have open run, aeroplex, open run pro, open move. My whole family and parents use these. This is an amazing product.

Very soft tried sever times to make louder but still soft… not as good as cheaper version of this brand

The maximum volume on these earbuds is absurdly low. Running near a road with cars.... Cant hear my podcast. Plane flying over? Nope. So I emailed tech support because this couldnt be the loudest these go. 43 days later I received an oops... Sorry it took so long to get back to you......
