Son estupendos para ser usados en un entorno con ausencia de ruido ambiente, en el transporte público o en el gimnasio no son la mejor opción. Por otro lado para ser usados por la calle son son interesantes pues no te aíslan completamente.

Shokz OpenRun Pro Bone Sound Headphones have changed my listening and calls experience. My ears were often irritated by prolonged use of closed headsets and ear buds. Since I bought Shokz OpenRun Pro, I am no longer suffering from it. I also find it much safer for running and cycling.

A little bit of background. I have tinnitus, am a runner, have many, many headphones, including several others from Shokz. I am very well aware that headphones are not recommended for tinnitus sufferers, but also dont let it control my life, and I occasionally like to follow guided workouts in places where I cant use speakers (i.e. outdoors, shared gyms), so every once in a while I use headphones and am very conscious about listening volume and what impact it has on me. I find that earbuds, especially those with noise canceling, make my tinnitus worse. So bone conduction is something that intrigued me. It is not any safer than earbuds for tinnitus (sound still goes to the same place), but wanted to see if I would react any differently to it or have a better/worse experience.

I recently purchased the OpenRun (Aeropex) headphones for 129 dollars and had the following issues:

Ich trage die Kopfhörer nun seit ca. 3Monaten täglich beim Rennradfahren. Zunächst war ich skeptisch ob ich für Kopfhörer soviel Geld ausgeben sollte. Bisher hatte ich zum Joggen und Radfahren immer hochqualitative Inearkopfhörer. Leider rutschten mir diese beim Sport immer aus den Ohren, was bestimmt nicht unbedingt an den Produkten liegt.

Able to use with ear plugs while operating equipment. Great sound. Doesn’t seem to hold charge as long as the Aeropex model.
