Shoulder Bag, Black

I haven’t purchased this messenger bag yet but I have bought Samsonite bags in the past And I’ve yet to receive a bag that’s low quality. Perhaps you’re putting too much weight in the bag. As far Amazon providing a customer service line they have that already. I’ve never had any problem contacting a customer service rep. As a matter of fact, that’s what I love about Amazon. It’s one of their hallmarks. You can’t beat their customer service. They’re second to none!
