My Mother purchased this cool umbrella for me as a gift a while back and it was my favorite umbrella - you never get wet folding it up because of its awesome design. I just love the giant yellow sunflower on it too! Well, my umbrella broke on a windy day (probably my fault for manhandling it too much - I was used to it being so strong and took it for granted) and I wrote to the company asking if they had a diagram for how to put it back together... and they sent me a BRAND NEW ONE - free of charge!! Didnt even have to pay for shipping. Now THATS a company I can get behind. This umbrella makes a great gift. I will be buying one for my step-daughter, who lives in Seattle soon.

> 24 hourThe umbrella is very pretty. However, its not made very well and it doesnt seem to be very sturdy. I have used it twice since I received it in December. The first time was at night. This morning I used it and noticed one side didnt look right. I have attached a couple of pictures to show that it is broken.

> 24 hourLoved everything about it. The one thing I wish it came with was an extra bigger sleeve to put umbrella in once you get it in the car, you still get some water in the car . If Supplied with a waterproof bag to slip into in the car , that would have made this product complete.
