> 3 dayA trainer introduced me to using a ball to relax muscles in my back. I have found these particular lacrosse just right -- not too hard or soft and not overly smooth, which could cause the ball to slip too easily if you use the ball against a wall to massage your back. I ordered 12 balls. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, it had been opened in transit and most of the balls were gone. I contacted the vendor who immediately shipped the missing balls, which I received within 4 days. They should probably ship in a more sturdy package or box, but they did make good on my order. I keep these in different rooms so they are easily available for a quick massage and Ive been giving them as gifts to friends and family with sore muscles.

> 3 dayI dont play Lacrosse or even know anyone who does. I was complaining about dog toys that do not last more than an hour when my friend recommended these. I dont know how long these last because our dogs have only been chewing on them for them three years. Our toy-destroying dogs love them but they do not show any damage yet. I did put a small nick in one with the riding mower. They are tough, seem weatherproof and dont fade.

> 3 dayThese are great for those tight muscles that give problems forming sitting too long. I have just discovered that they are also fantastic for some PT exercises I do for a shoulder impingement. Very versatile product - since my cat also likes to play fetch with them (he just rolls the ball back).
