> 24 hourThe only thing I would say about this product is that the smell is very strong. I would imagine over time that will go away and its amazing what it does for the sound in the truck!

> 24 hourI purchased this product to go in my daughters truck. We were replacing the carpet and adding two 12inch subs so I figured this would help with the exterior noise. Her truck is loud… cam, long tubes, no cats etc. 56 sq Ft was enough to cover the entire floor and back of the cab and below the window in a Silverado crew cab. This material in combination with the new carpet with mass backing worked great. We can barely hear her exhaust inside the truck and the speakers sound great with less outside noise entering the cab. If you’re doing this in a truck, replace your cabin vents while you’re in there.

> 24 hourThe furnace on my second story unit was installed poorly, the ductwork Im some area has gaps and is bent and made so much noise while running that the bedroom below it would shake. I wrapped some of the worst sections with this product and wow! When I first ran it the furnace was so quiet I thought it wasnt running properly but it was and this stuff is amazing! I installed it there as a test run before installing it in an old school bus Im converting into an RV and Im ecstatic about the results. Ive gotten most of the bus outfitted now and had to order more. One box covers a lot but I ended up deciding to do the entire vehicle instead of just a few sections because it worked so well. An area that used to take on water when it rained is now sealed up tight! Everything I tried previously relied on taping the seams perfectly to prevent leaks but the butyl backing on this does so much more at a fraction of the cost and helps with sound, insulation and water.

> 24 hourFor the money it’s well worth it, significantly cheaper than dynamat, but def not as thick. Installed in my 91 mustang Foxbody cabin and it really did make a difference. Installs east but will tear if not gentle

> 24 hourI dont know if this is the same as kilmat, but it sure looks the same. And same great quality at a fraction of the cost of dynamat. I would def recommend to anybody in the market of sound deadening material.

> 24 hourI used this in my wife’s Civic Coupe. It got rid of the rattle and made the sound fantastic. I only used 3 sheets to cover both sides and the top of the back deck with plenty left to complete both doors. Very easy to cut to size. Latex gloves helped keep the sticky off our skin. We’ll worth the cost and time to install.
