Sturdy silicone balls for crafting

These are such fun beads! The kit comes with four lobster clasp / split ring key ring pieces - two silver and two gold, as well as a good sized length of nylon thread. I love the patterned beads, and there are more than enough plain accent beads to round out most projects. Most of the beads are round, but there are faceted beads in there as well. This has been a fun way to entertain my older kids, and then they get key chains or jewelry that they made themselves! The beads do tend to pick up cat fur pretty easily, but I suspect thats just how silicone is. Fortunately theyre easy to wash!

These bead were nice. Perfect for the many crafts we do. The beads hold up well and have great colors. I love the softer and silkier touch from these beads.

This is a nice set of silicone beads. They are exactly as pictured, assorted in a clear plastic container so you do have to dig around to get out specific beads. The beads themselves are soft and squishy, not hard. They bounce if you drop them so be careful if you try to pour out the container. We had to chase down beads as they bounced under the table. I do wish the nylon cord that came with these was on some kind of spool, even just a piece of cardboard. As it is, its just wound up and stuffed in. It doesnt take long before it unwinds and is all over the place. Im going to wind it onto something myself just to keep it neater.

My sons used these beads to make keychains for their school craft fair. We chose to use plastic lanyard string instead of the string that came with it. Because it was more stiff, it went through the small hole more easily. Both my 9 year old and 6 year old were easily able to make these independently. Loved the quality and coloring of the beads.

My girls LOVE these beads, which are SO pretty. The clips and string suck though. We made keychains and the string unraveled within a day (we tied very well!) and one of the clips broke. I recommend using a different string and then hit glueing yo keep the beads.

The colors are a bit dull in person like the really off green and grey and orange... a little strange there arent bright happy colors but they are soft and sturdy and silicone so will work to make handmade necklaces for individuals with special needs who like having something in their mouths for focus and sensory needs. The string is not silicone its a cloth material but thick and tightly wound so i dont think it will fray even with chewing but will watch closely obviously. The hooks to make keychains look fun though will be for a different purpose not for sensory fidgets. God bless you!
