The sheet was dimensioned exactly as advertised - full 12x12 and full 1/2 thick. Have purchased acrylic sheet from other suppliers (not this supplier) and been disappointed in quality and inaccurate cutting. Product clarity is first rate. Came well package. Highly recommended.

I used this to make an oversize sub base for my wood plunge router. This item was 1 foot square. On the bandsaw I cut it into a round shape 1 foot in diameter and drilled the appropriate holes to fit my router. When milling out shallow inlays in wood using a handheld router, it is sometimes necessary to have an oversize sub base to bridge the edges of the recess.

Not sure why this took awhile to ship but its a very clear 1/2 plastic sheet that fit my needs when I made a long router sled. The 1/2 is quite solid and holds the heavy router well that I mounted to it. (drill, then screw in bolts to lock it in place.) No cracking or flexing like thinner plastic/acrylic.

Nicely polished acrylic, great for projects but for some reason the thickness is a bit off, so when using this for precision or tool bases make sure that you select a proper thickness and gauge it for uniformness and certainty reasons but it is a great quality product otherwise.

I used my CNC to make a router template and its working great, the acrylic is wrapped and came crystal clear

We got several of them and all of them were of great quality. You can literally see thru the acrylic even from the sides. Sides are usually burred from other suppliers. This cuts and engraves nicely with our laser cutter. Only issue is there are minor thickness variations even within a single sheet, but this is not a problem with our use since we cut this further into different shapes with laser. Another problem is the masking sheet that comes with this tends to catch fire in our laser cutter that leaves burn marks in the products that we make, so eventually realized we had to peel them off and replace with a low tack paper mask from another vendor that doesnt catch fire. This is additional work and $ but cant beat the price of this item for 1/2 inch acrylic.

I bought these along with some aluminum rods to make a three dimensional chess set. They were perfect for the task. They had perfect clarity, rigidity and didnt crack when being drilled for the rods to hold them together.

No problems found with the quality of this plexi. Used it for a healthy subwoofer box with 3 10inch subs. This plexi is very clear, and the 1/2 inch thickness will take a serious beating.
