The cable works and arrived quickly

Looks fine... male end plugs into female end.... chord I wanted to extend plugs into female end.... but male end of this cable does not go into HP monitor. This is very weird.... It appears to be the correct OD... Perhaps the diameter of the the inner contact tube is slight off???? Simply will not plug in... perhaps the center pin on the HP is a fraction too large? or the OD of the outside is a tad too small? Whats up with that.... It will go into the junk drawer.

The extension was used for lights we put up in my daughter’s bedroom. The only drawback is that it wasn’t long enough to go to the outlet. A 15 foot extension would have been better but I could not find one.

Worked perfectly for my LED lights. There are two standard sizes for these plugs, 2.5mm and 2.1mm. Make sure you order the correct one for your use.
