Karen Berg books are always good. This is a collection of her thoughts, writings and ideas...it isnt in any particular order but it is like getting a lot of wisdom in small amounts.

I found this book to be very helpful in my life. It seemed as though every page touched a different part of me. I find myself reaching for it time and time again for assistance.
