Easy as the rest of the simplisafe system.

After purchasing system and downloading app, I contacted them as my app was not working. After all the money spent beforehand, they advised me that the phone app cannot be used unless I purchased the monitoring service.

For when the safeword doesn’t work, this will get their attention.

Seems to work good. You press it and the police show up. Don’t press it and they don’t. I wish it was a little more simple to use sometimes I get confused. ;-)

I got SimpliSafe almost two years ago. my neighbor installed for me. This system is easy to use; and the customer service is fantastic!!!! I endorse this product wholeheartedly!!!! Thank you
