SINGER Regular Point Sewing Machine Needle, Size 80/12, 90/14, 100/16, 10-Count

The two sets of Singer Universal sewing machine needles (10/pk) are of excellent quality. The compact packaging is helpful for storage and visually you can easily identify each needle size.

I ordered these needles along with the heavy duty needles. The needles are the usual high quality Singer needles. The only thing I didnt like was that they came in a fairly large box. At first I thought the box was empty because there was no packing or envelope. Finally, I shook the box and the cards with the needles slipped out from underneath a flap in the box. They would have fit just fine in a small padded envelope.

Fits securely Singer Start machine. Good quality, they stay sharp for quite awhile, easy to thread.

Good thing you get two packs for 8 USD. They aren’t to most durable for all of your projects but they do the job.

Price is good. Having no odor is what my kitty loves about this product. Makes my mom happy as I do not use potty outside my box!!! Happy Kitty and MoM.

Foremost, I am a beginner at sewing! My opinions are my own and might be incorrect.---- So, I recently broke the needles that came with my sewing machine and looked online to buy replacements. Obviously, the bestseller two-pack of SINGER needles on Amazon for about 9 dollars seemed like a steal. I am not displeased by the quality of the needles at all. HOWEVER, I recently discovered a similar two-pack of needles at the dollar store for $2.50!! I have been using them and they work identically to the SINGER brand of needles. Honestly, if you are a beginner like me, I would recommend you skip this product and run to the nearest off-brand dollar store in your neighborhood. Good luck!

Durability and value for money is awesome but I was completely frustrated with packaging. My husband had to take a hammer to the package to get a needle out. However, I loved that they were all color coded. Im using a 16 now and Ive beat on it and it still going strong. These needles are strong than the ones that came with my machine.

Singer are a bit more expensive and the only reason I can see is that they color the needle shafts WELL - Very helpful. A good assortment of standard point needles. 3 each of 11, 4 each of 14, and one 15 and one 18 about right for daily mending & i can see the size markings if i hold it just right & squint. BUT the shafts are brilliantly COLOR CODED!! Yea...

As a beginner seamstress, I didnt have any back up needles. So of course, a few minutes into my fixer project for the kids - my needle broke. Ordered these so now I have back ups. I pulled up a PDF manual for my machine and easily switched out needles by unscrewing 1 screw and make sure to catch old needle (or it will fall into abyss of the bobbin area). Apparently before any big job, you are supposed to use a new needle. I probably wont do that, but I also am far from professional.
