> 3 dayThe threading and inputs for their plastic screw on the model I received did not work and was loose. There was absolutely no way I could use this, because the threading did not catch and the input I would thread the screw onto kept collapsing into the cylinder mechanism. It is basically defective, which is annoying, because I dont think this is particularly affordable.

> 3 dayWorks great and was very easy to install. The only issue is the color. The oil rubbed bronze is a little too red and doesnt match my oil rubbed bronze faucet. The matte black probably would have matched better.

> 3 daybutton works great and if you have thicker countertops this button will mor than likely work for you. The other options we tried were too short and you could not screw the button underneath the counter to secure it.
