I purchased the 1tb version to upgrade me laptop from 512gb and it’s noticeably faster. Also, the packaging is protective and biodegradable, and the Macrium based cloning tool that SK Hynix provides for free is flawless and insanely simple.

> 3 dayI used a samsung 970 evo inside a macbook air with a Sintech adapter. Problem was that it got really hot and the battery drained quickly. So I replaced it with this P31. It ran faster, with very fast writes, and ran cooler as well. Whats not to like? Very happy with this choice. Highly recommended. Also, the one I got already had the latest firmware.

> 3 dayBought this to replace a Samsung SSD 960 EVO 500GB on which the Health Status is now dropping about 1 percent a month. At this rate it has another two years to go before Ill get worried, but the specs on this SK Hynix and the Prime Day price were too good to pass up.

Greater than one weekI cannot get past the BIOS that keeps coming up after I re-boot. I discovered that it has no operating system so that any work cannot get done. There is nothing I can do with this drive until I know how to get one with an O/S installed. I had to re-install my original drive to get anything done. What should I do ?
