Love the design....it is a good size, but I purchased it to fit a small sleeping mat and it fits...but takes almos all the space up...

Cute but very small

My three year old granddaughter thought she was IT walking in the airport with her very own suitcase. She would not let anyone touch it. When she was in the stroller she still haad to pull it along. It held up very well and has quite a lot of room inside. There is also an outside pocket that holds lots of stuff.. I would not hesitate giving this product as a gift.

Im not sure if others just got defective bags or they are just super abusive with their luggage because my 5 year old lugged this by himself up the tiny corridor of steps to the second level on an Amtrak train several times and it still seems brand new. At first when it came I was like THIS IS SO TINY but when I loaded it up it really held a lot. Perfect my son because he always wants to help which I think we all know doesnt work. He can actually take care of this bag 100% on his own which makes traveling way less hectic.
