> 24 hourI like this method of potty training because it allows my daughter to feel like she is using the big girl potty. She is able to get it out herself and put it in place. It seems very sturdy and we havent had any accidents with slipping or falling. It also folds up relatively small, we slide it right next to the toilet for her to pull out and use.

> 24 hourWe have an older model of this seat, and I appreciate the modifications that have been made to this one to make it more functional. Instead of two feet, there is one long base that provides a stronger foundation as kids are climbing up and down. Also, the handles are already attached which reduces the likelihood of breaking in assembly. Like the other one, the screws are occasionally difficult to seat just right, but with some patience it is just fine. A note: this claims to be red but is definitely more of a dark pink. Something to keep in mind if your kiddo is really into red. This goes together fairly quickly and has good functionality for a lower-end potty assist chair. The seat and seat back dont quite fit with the plastic around them, but it is fine if youre going for the economical model.

> 24 hourPros: my little one can use the step ladder to climb up by herself. This has resulted in some positive outcomes where she makes it to the potty all on her own. The cushion is soft. The urine guard works pretty well to prevent messes. Cons: Its not attached to the toilet seat, so it can potentially move around.

> 24 hourThe kids like this step-up style potty chair, but I wish it fit our standard size toilet seat just a tad more securely. Once the kids are on and sitting, it’s not much of a problem, but the unit moves a bit while getting up there, and that worries me during times when Im not around. Even so, our two year old likes using this much more than traditional training seats—it’s easier for her to use in general. Even our five year old prefers this to the regular toilet seat. The unit is easy to keep clean, and although it folds for easy storage, be aware it still takes up a lot of bathroom space because of its large size.

> 24 hourMy 2.25 year old has been potty trained fully since she was 20 months. She had her own little potty. Recently she has been refusing to use her little potty and wanted to use the toilet. With 4 kids, and lack of space in the bathroom, this makes a great option. The first day she had this, she was putting it on the toilet, using it, then removing it and putting it against the wall all by herself. It is easy to put together, stable, and doesnt slip or slide. The removable cushion is great for cleaning purposes!
