Been using it for a little over a week straight so far and its been perfect. Really easy setup, beautiful design and nice and quiet, which was an unexpected bonus. Im not really a hardware person, so as someone who was just looking for a fast computer with solid performance Im very happy, especially for the price.

I owned this computer for a month and I barely used it. Yesterday it almost exploded in my house after being on for about ten minutes. Made a very loud cracking and popping noise, shut down, and my entire office smells like an electrical fire. Not worth the risk of your house burning down. Find a different company.

Does what I expected after some audio/display issues that was resolved quickly. Chat support is excellent. Games run flawlessly. Happy with my purchase.

Ive been using this PC for about one week now and its been running smoothly with no problems. Its a great starter PC for entry level gamers and offers space for customization down the road. Definitely a great buy!

This pc was a great value and nearly perfect for what my partner and i need to play. we may upgrade the graphics card for ray tracing but this is a great prebuilt all things considered

RGB is beautiful, good pc for the price

My friends discouraged me from buying a prebuild, but this product had the specs I was looking for. The price was only slightly higher than buying the parts and assembling them myself, but I liked that this included a warranty and there was customer support, so I took a chance. I could not be happier with this computer. Runs Escape from tarkov, sea of thieves, and world of warcraft with settings maxed and has great framerate. Would reccomend

Okay so i ordered this computer about a week ago and just got it yesterday. I love the look and everything; however, i got a blue screen today saying that it ran into some errors. After restarting it, i went into the settings and looked over all the specs. I noticed that it said there was only 8 gb of ram installed and it says in the description of the computer on Amazon that there should be 16 gb of ram. For the price, it shouldn’t have any errors within a day of receiving. Will update review if i can talk to customer support and see what they say
