Wouldn’t trust myself in public with this. Rather it be a home carrier. The material is nice and breathable. It’s not very nice on your back…. Definitely no support…

Love this wrap and so does my little one. It is the only wrap of this style that I have, so I cannot conpare to other brands, but I have not had a single problem with it and it is priced much more reasonably than some of the other more well known brands. This has honestly been a life saver as my little one is only 6 weeks and does NOT like to be put down. It allows me to get a few things done around my house, and is great for walking him to sleep. I am very careful to keep his head supported and make sure he has room to breathe. He snuggles right in and falls asleep almost instantly. Update: my son is now almost 4 months and i love the wrap even more. He still loves to be held and tag along with me during my day, and this makes it doable and allows my hands to be free. He still often falls asleep when in it. He has good head control now so can look at me or look around, and sits more upright than when he was tinier. At about 14 lbs, he is not too heavy and with as close to my body as he is held, it is not too hard on my back. The material has held up well so far to several washes. I will try to update again. I prefer this wrap to my more backpack style carrier with the straps. This holds him more snug, closer to my body, and is more comfortable for both him and me. Update: my son is now 9 month and just under 20lbs, and I am finding this wrap less convenient and prefer the more structured carrier. This will do in a pinch, but doesnt hold him as snug, and his weight seems to stretch the fabric and out him in a lower position which feels heavier on my shoulders and neck. I do like how compact it is, and can be left in my car for unexpected needs.

Nice material. I didnt realize how LONG this wrap would be but if its going to wrap around your body three times I get it ... you need to wrap it around yourself pretty snug for the first two steps. Getting your baby in and out of this thing is not the easiest but once you get the hang of it, its not too bad. Once the baby is in there they are not going anywhere! My daughter (2mo) she didnt like it at first but now loves it. Transfering her to a crib is not easy because theyve gotta come out the same way they went in; pulling their legs out of the front wrap and the two cross wraps. Overall though I perfer it to a normal baby carrier, I think it breaths better and it comforms to her whole body, very secure.

Have used ergo baby carriers with my other children but third child could not get comfortable in one. Bought this wrap just for newborn period, until he is big enough for the carrier. Baby loves it and will often go to sleep within minutes! It is surprisingly sturdy - I can go totally hands free and don’t need one hand to support him, as I expected. It also does not strain my back at all, although wearing for a long time can cause slouching and shoulder pain. My two complaints: (1) fabric is thick and can get hot. I mainly use the wrap indoors. I tried going for a walk twice on some cloudy/cool days (temp in 70s) but it got too hot and I ended up taking baby out and carrying him in my arms to relieve both of us. (2) takes too long to set up. It’s easy to wrap but it does take time. It can be stressful if baby is crying. Normally I keep the carrier on all day and take baby in/out at will. But the fabric being so thick, I take this off to avoid sweating; it’s annoying having to re-wrap it so often. Overall great for a newborn but I plan to transition out of this to a structure carrier as soon as he is old enough.

This really snuggled him. If your dog is not used to be being carried I can see how they may not enjoy this. You can see from the picture my little man enjoyed this though. He was running into stuff during his last days and I needed to protect him and wanted him to be as close to me as much as possible during his last days anyway, I cared less what anyone else thought. I did have to tie this a bit different because Im smaller than most. If when you are wrapping this around yourself you make sure the opening of the fold is up it really cups the smaller dogs and helps keep their legs and butt from falling out.

My grandson is too small (10 pounds) for the front packs, and he wants to see out. This is so versatile. I can support his head when he’s sleeping, or I can adjust so his head is free. I’ve been using it nonstop.

My daughter loves this wrap she uses it quite often for my 5week old granddaughter. She wants more colors lol. She said this was the best thing I could’ve purchased, mind you I purchased to bassinets, stroller , car seat etc & this is the least expensive, lol

Its a big cloth thats a wrap that you tie, no clasps no zippers no buttons good luck figuring it out but when you do it works fine.
