I finally opened the Rose Kuli with small amount of cooking oil.first i carefully stepped on it and slid it open n then rubbed everything to keep it nice concentrating on the clip/latch n slot! Problem solved!!

This bag fits my 2019 iPad Air perfectly. I keep it in a Herschel zip sleeve and just slide it in main compartment. The back pocket would only work without my sleeve so I just put my wallet or keys back there instead. Great pockets and room for city outing. I would consider this more of an urban bag than a hikers bag but could use for either.

Nice backpack looks good, good quality. Just big enough for 11 inch Ipad pro (not in tablet pouch though).
