I am not a purse person. I carry big bags because I’m a knitter, but I also carry my wallet, keys, glasses, lip salves, travel brush, and other things. I needed something with plenty of compartments and zippers and separation to help me keep things organized, with easy access. This is perfect for that. The strap is padded, so it doesn’t dig like purse straps do.

Tried putting a water bottle in side pocket. Seams tore immediately.

The zipper for main compartment is only one way that means you have only 1 choice to go one way and must go all around the bag to close it. I would give 5 starts if they installed 2 main zippers so more flexible which way to close down. I dont like these 2 plastic buckles, they are secure for sure but cumbersome to close up each time, make the bag look kinda a cheap in-spite of very stylish design of bag itself. Those buckles should be a V shape magnetic single buckle with Fidlock for easy strapping and make it luxury.

I like how my tablet and all associated gear fits. The only thing I would suggest is a quick release on the shoulder strap.

My husband had a smaller cross body that he took to work, but it was too small. He loves this one; plenty of pockets and room. Carries all his work essentials as well as covid necessities (wipes, spray and kleenex.). I’m now thinking about getting one for me as well. Will also be great for traveling.
