Its best easy to use and informative.

Programs are too basic. I cannot customize the invoices to look how I need them to look. Very disappointed.

Half of the programs listed will not download due to an incorrect KEY CODES that are in the package, keeps saying invalid key codes. Contacted Support and that was a joke..6days ago, and still no reply. The Key Codes were in the package but will not work...

I bought this a few years ago at Staples to use with a start-up non-profit and it works very well. We use the database for membership, and the check designer for our donations and checking account. There is nothing wrong with this software but there are no further updates or support as it is discontinued. Never had any problems - certainly no viruses. At this stage of our growth we are very happy with it.

I am using my old laptop as my new one malfunctioned and was returned to HP. While awaiting the new one i ordered this product which requires registration. I contacted the manufacturer to see if I could transfer the subscription when the new laptop arrives. The manufacturer advised me they no longer provide, manufacture or sell this product that I needed to contact the supplier (Amazon). Wow!

I couldnt get it download. No support. Wasted my money.

Not exactly what I was expecting. I manage to get through the program. There are some basic platforms that are minimal but all of the programs require additional purchases, although inexpensive, can add up to a lot of extra money, time and frustration. I will keep using it but the product description needs to include other purchases will be necessary.. felt as though I was deceived.

I am glad I got this program for my company. It has thus far been a God send for me.

its alot of stuff to go thru. but all really helpful. actually helped me to decide to pay for some of these services.
