I use this to store a few suits, and it works great. I aired it out when it first arrived, and the plastic smell didnt stick around. it also folds up well for traveling. I recently used this traveling to a conference, and I stored 1 suit, and 7 dress shirts without cramming them in there. Ill probably buy 1-2 more in the future.

We bought three of these from Amazon and had to return one because the cedar had gotten wet and molded badly upon delivery. However, the other two have worked great. Stored all our winter clothing in a downstairs basement with no fuss or issues. And the cedar was enough to keep the clothes smelling fresh after being sealed up for five months. Very happy with the product.

Most of this seems well-made, but after 5 years the synthetic brown piping material started flaking off. It got worse over time and I just got rid of it (after 8 years). I dont wear suits often, so (a) dont get much chance to be annoyed, but also dont put much wear into the bag. On the other hand, Ive moved a number of times since owning this bag. Its a closet-hanging bag, not really designed as a travel bag. Maybe if you live in one place for a decade, the piping wont flake off on you. But its too bad they had to line the edges with crappy material.

this the second time I purchased these for my garments great for storage and you can see what is inside before you open

I now have 4 or 5 of these to contain suits, jackets, wool coats and ski gear. Any wool item left open in my house seems to end up food for the moths. So all my sweaters go into a cedar chest and all of my suits go in these. With these precautions I have not had moth problems. I read one review that said the smell was strong. They must have received something different than mine. There are cedar strips in the bag that smell like cedar. I add additional cedar pieces in the bag for a bit more repellent to be even safer. They may not last forever, after all they are under 10 dollars, but I am not opening and closing them daily. For my use, they are perfect.

a good way to store clothes that do not fit in the closet. I feel safe storing the clothes in storage wrapped in the garment bag.
