Bought this item in 2019 and received a Polypropylene product that smell and is so thin that I dont believe it would hold up to even a tug to remove it from a closet or car trunk! Will be returning it! See pic of the tag in it. Sad since I bought it before in 2017, and it was made of a better fabric/polyester/polycotton that works well and holds up to travel riggers. Also the 2017 item had a cedar plank and straps on the back to hold it. The current product indicates Cedar wood, but didnt have the cedar nor did even have any straps so it never was designed to hold the cedar plank. What a disappointment now as I was using them for quick car trips and also for closet storage out of season clothing.

Terrific quality! I was surprised in a fabulous way. Length is great! Have a floor length gown that needed to travel with (59) and this didnt squash it. The zipper is smooth. Very happy

This item was just as described. I ordered two, one for my daughters wedding dress and the second for her crinoline slip. It fit both perfectly and I like the clear on the top so I can see at a glance which is in which bag.

This is the second garment bag I have purchased from this company, both are well made and excellent products.

ordered 3 suit bags.....received one dress, one gown and one suit. Too expensive to return so I made do. Unhappy.

I ordered two of these, as the photo shows the front of the bag is completely see-through (for display), which is what I wanted. I received two that were only visible from the shoulders on up. I called and spoke with an Amazon representative who was very understanding, and assured me that they would re-send and make sure they were the correct one. But . . . I received the same thing again. So i have sent them back for a full refund.
