> 24 hourI have the old round ones and they work perfectly but these ones do not. I put a schedule on it but it just turned on and off whenever it wanted not following the schedule at all. I then thought that maybe the schedule was bugged so I deleted it but it still turns off and on at random times.

> 24 hourThis item would not set up at all. I was really hopeful that I found a product that could give me the data I needed. And it wouldnt connect to any of the networks at my home. Save your money this thing wont work.

> 24 hourthe power consumption of any load plugged into there IoT device is very good and scales well if there are big day to day changes. Hard to find this in most smart plugs that track energy usage.

> 24 hourLove the tech with these smart outlets. I am now the owner of 2 different types. I definitely will be buying more in the future!

> 24 hourI have had several of the earlier smart Etekcity outlets (without night light) and like them a lot. What I didnt realize about this newer version is that you can separately program the schedule for the night light and the outlet. Now if the outlet controls a light near the device or if there is natural or artificial light from another source, the night light will not go on, which makes sense. The bottom line is this is a very versatile and useful device and I really like it!

> 24 hourVesync receptacles work very well with the Vesync app. We own many of them and we are very happy with the results. Excellent products that work with Alexa. Extremely satisfied.

> 24 hourGood product but it doesn’t work with Siri voice commands. It only works with Alexa and IFTTT. C’mon! Really? I’m not a fan of this company’s customer service either. I had previously purchased 4 plugs about 2 years ago and 2 of them stopped working. I thought they would do the right thing and at least give me a break on 2 new ones even though they were out of warranty. They just said “too bad”. I bought one more anyway because the other two are still working great and the price was better than others.

> 24 hourI have a moccamaster coffee maker which is phenomenal for making coffee but light on features (i.e. there is an on/off switch). This smart plug can handle the high amperage and wattage, and paired easily with both my Alexa and google mini (I have both, cause thats how I roll). Now, my coffee is ready by the time I get to the kitchen. A++
