Work as expected, now i have 8 of this devices working properly.

I found these smart plugs easier to set up. It took three to five minutes to set up. Compared to the previous smart plugs I ordered 3 yrs ago. App works great to turn off or on remotely.

I ordered this plug because it claimed to be compatible with the Smart Life app. It was, and I was connected up with my router very quickly. However, I found out that the wifi reception on this plug was very short in compare to other brands. I kept on getting offline indication when I used it in the kitchen while my router was in the study in a relatively small house. (Note: none of my cell phones or other electronic gadgets had problem with that distance.) I finally had to swab out with a plug of another brand, and install this one in the study, the same room where the wifi router was located.

Turning on lights and fans

Connected easy. Had plugs set up in minutes. Alexa found them instantly and added them to my devices with no issue. Went to the Alexa app and set them up to my current routine with no problems

I used them for 2 months...... Its almost like they knew that their name wasnt trusted so they kept it out of the pictures and the descriptions. So I had ordered a 4 pack of these plugs 2 years ago for my Christmas lights. I liked the fact that I could group them all together and tell my Google assistant to turn on the Christmas lights and everything would turn on. I only used them for December of 2019 and then December of 2020. Now its that time again and I pull them out of the kitchen drawer and plug one in and it trips the breaker. So I reset the breaker and tried the next one. Tripped the breaker again. Of all 4 of these that I had, only ONE still worked. 3 others tripped the breaker and wouldnt stay on. I couldnt hold the button to reset them. I cant plug anything into them because there is no power there. So I ordered new plugs from Amazon. I guess I didnt look at the name of the store selling them and that is my fault, but the pictures of the advertised product here are NOT what you receive. The plug I received clearly says teckin on it with their little brand symbol. If that would have been shown in the picture I would not have bought them. Because these are the same exact ones that lasted me one month in 2019 and one month in 2020 before 3 of the 4 quit working and started tripping my breakers. If I didnt need them right now I would return them because I dont trust them at all. But now shipping speeds are so slow I would never receive new ones in time. Very, very disappointed in the misleading information portrayed on the product images and description. Buyer beware. They are Teckin smart plugs…..best out there in my opinion. I’ve replaced all of my smart plugs with these. They have a “ circulate” function when used with Smatlife app which I find very useful. No other plugs Ive used have this feature. WiFi connection is also robust

I bought a four pack of this product from Amazon a year and a half ago and it has worked fantastic up until the last weekend. One of the plugs would turn off and then after about 30 minutes turn back on this one on for about an hour and a half until I decided to check on it. When I grab the plug to unplug it it was so hot it just about burned my hand. I’m just really lucky it didn’t start a fire. The problem is is that this company is no longer with Amazon. They change their name and added the word home to the end of it and now they’re selling this new product. I contacted Amazon and let them know that this is not right and that there should be a recall on these items. I have not heard back from them and I can’t get a cut on contact with a company. Just be careful if you have them in your house because I don’t think it’s covered under your insurance if a fire is caused by . I would love somebody to get in contact with me, but that obviously hasn’t happened yet
