Greater than one weekI like both outlets can be toggled separately. Outlet worked great for 2 days and now doesn’t respond. Tried resetting and removing device from network to no avail. I still use the power button to get it to turn on and off what I need but would be nice to get automation back again.

> 3 dayOutlets are loose and items won’t stay plugged in, and loses WiFi frequently. Integration into Apple Home during setup was a major hassle, and must have taken 10+ attempts. Firmware update made no difference. I’ve had luck with their outdoor multi-plug and HomeKit, but I would skip this one. Updated 01/06/2023: Without any prompting, a Meross rep reached out to offer a full refund. Five stars for excellent customer service!

> 3 dayUpdate dec 23 So the other day all 3 switches I had hooked up went offline. 2 at my house and one at my mom’s. Unplugging them didn’t work so I tried to delete one and re add it. This was also a mistake because it failed to add over and over. A few days later I don’t remember if I unplugged the other switch or if I just noticed it working. I think I unplugged it for like 20 seconds. Anyway after like 20 attempts I got the one switch to finally add back to the meross app. It kept going through the setup and adding to Apple home but would fail on meross. Finally I deleted the “Wi-Fi” for the apps from my known list and the Wi-Fi popped up as a possibility to join. When I joined this way it completed the setup and showed up in the app. I had to rename everything but once I did it automatically updated in Alexa and she was able to recognize previously setup routines. I told my mom to try unplugging and see if it reconnected to the Wi-Fi/system. I’m not sure on hers, I need to check. Original review I ordered 2 sets of these to control some Christmas decorations. I have a Hubitat hub that I’ve automated my house with but these use Wi-Fi instead. Downloading the app and adding the plugs was an easy process and only took a few minutes each. You can name each plug as well as each individual outlet. This also transfers to Alexa seamlessly so you can use voice commands or set up routines. I honestly didn’t use their app beyond adding the plugs and integrating to Alexa so I can’t speak for what all it can do but I control my house through Alexa currently and wanted these to work too. I also ordered some of the triple outlet outdoor plugs and they work seamlessly as well.

> 3 dayThis device does not work well with home kit at all. It says ‘no response‘ until I restart my wifi. Pretty frustrating to be honest.

> 3 dayI have used Alexa stuff before. This is nice because it works with Siri really without any additional apps needed.

> 3 dayGetting these linked up with HomeKit was the easiest smart outlet set up I’ve experienced. Scan the QR code in the Home app and let it sit for 60-90 seconds to do its thing. My only complaint so far is that they’re a little on the thick side, so any other plugs going into the outlet above/below have to be on the thin side to accommodate.

> 3 dayThese duel smart outlets are more trouble than they are worth. Avoid these. The single outlets work great but these smart outlets go stupid.

> 3 dayWas quickly able to set this up on my Apple Home App. Just have to plug it in to an outlet near your router, open the app in your phone, select add an accessory and scan the QR code on the top of plug and follow the app from there. No need to add the proprietary app
