> 24 hourPay a few extra dollars for the Amazon plug that connects to Alexa directly and not via another app. At the very least make sure the one you choose is on the list in the Alexa app. Alexa app found this plug after many expletives but the plug would never connect to my wifi. For me the whole idea was for it to work through my Alexa Dot.

> 24 hourThis is my third set of smart plugs. I’ve never had issues with the other ones, but this one said skip every time or reporting big when trying to connect to my wifi. Was hoping to contact the company by sending feedback, but I can’t get a hold of them so I’ll be sending them back. I hope this is some scam. I definitely don’t recommend getting them! Super bummer!

> 24 hourHave been adding more and more smart plugs to my smart-home setup. These are by FAR the worst ones I’ve used. In fact every other brand I currently have in use work 100% reliably every time. These 4 drop off, they don’t respond, they need to be constantly reset. Only these 4, this brand. Would NEVER buy or recommend.

> 24 hourEverything is in Chinese and I set the timer for my bird’s light (which is very important) and the scheduled off time came and went. When I checked to see if it worked, half an hour after the scheduled off time, it was still on. Very frustrating. I also cannot get it to connect to Alexa to see if her timer will function properly.

> 24 hourPure garbage. All but one of mine have quit working. They will NOT link to Alexa. The Cloud Intelligence app crashes EVERY TIME I use it. Sine they refuse to link to Alexa, I set schedules on the horrible app and the schedules dont work either.
